He’s been collecting, cellaring, and drinking wine for more years than he’d care to admit. With wine credentials after his name and experience as an occasional wine judge, he brings deep knowledge of varietals, vintages, and storage conditions. Whether it's guiding cellar layout or bottle orientation, his insights are rooted in both expertise and lived experience.

From elegant home cellars to striking commercial wine rooms, cellar doors, and retail displays, he’s designed more wine spaces across Australia and New Zealand than he can count. His portfolio includes award-winning restaurant interiors, where wine storage isn’t just functional—it’s a centrepiece of the dining experience.
THE ENGINEER
Our mechanical engineer ensures the right environment is maintained in every cellar—humidity, insulation, ventilation, you name it. He’s the man who makes sure your wine ages gracefully. Recently converted by a 20-year-old Shiraz, he’s now just as invested in the bottle as he is in the build.
